There are endless amounts of workouts on the ole interwebs, so many that YouTube won’t even tell you how many there are. But we’re talking hundreds of thousands.
Because when it comes to our health, I’m seeing the same questions pop up over and over and over. Not because we truly don’t know the answers (I think most people do), but because we want a different answer than the one we’ve been getting.
As humans we have a difficult time taking our time when it comes to our health … or anything really. We want results yesterday – which is funny because we’re wired NOT to want change. If we start smaller though, we can find what ACTUALLY works.

We’ll say it to ourselves inside our heads; we’ll whisper it under our breath to see how it sounds out in the world. However, the issue is when we need to ask for help from someone specifically.
