Stress, defined as the body’s physiological response to demands or threats, triggers a cascade of reactions known as the stress response. However, the pervasive nature of modern-day stress, characterized by chronic fluctuations akin to a yo-yo effect, poses significant health risks. Individuals grappling with chronic stress often encounter a spectrum of adverse consequences, spanning from heightened anxiety and impaired cognitive function to an increased susceptibility to chronic diseases like hypertension and cardiovascular disorders.

Yet, amidst these modern-day challenges, there exists a realm of effective stress management strategies. Learn strategies to increase resiliency to stress and fortify your psychological well-being as you discover the common traits of people who manage stress well.
